Creating a New Organization

Stage 1:

  • Have at least 8 interested student signatures
  • A faculty member assigned as faculty advisor

Stage 2:

  • Submit a request to be recognized on OrgSync
  • Email udc-exec@case.edu to schedule a meeting with the VP of ID and VP of Finance to discuss the following:
    • Member requirements
    • What it means to be under UDC
    • Any questions that you may have

Stage 3:

Present at the next UDC General Body meeting where the Diversity Leaders Roundtable will vote to recognize the group

Stage 4:

An email will be sent from a UDC representative to the applicant(s) and will be given instructions on the following:

  • Communications and OrgSync
  • Finance
  • Internal Development
  • Diversity Leaders Roundtable Attendance and Voting
  • Public Relations​​​​​​​
